By accessing or using the DeGNZ Labs platform, websites, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use any part of the platform.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only. You may not use our systems to distribute harmful, misleading, or unethical content, nor interfere with the technical operation of our agents or software.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, agent architectures, branding, and software systems are the intellectual property of DeGNZ Labs. No rights are granted unless explicitly licensed.
5. Payments & Licensing
Paid services and AI agent licenses are subject to the terms presented during purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the subscription or licensing terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the system in any unauthorized or malicious way.
7. Limitation of Liability
DeGNZ Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform and take effect upon posting.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
